I own land. What is the first step?

Share the location, title status, land size, approximate house size and budget for an initial review.

Can I get an early cost estimate?

Yes, based on size, design and initial specs. A final quote needs a clear scope and a site check.

Can I use LPPSA or a bank loan?

You can check with the relevant party. Approval and terms are subject to the financier.

Do I need anti-termite treatment before building?

Highly recommended. Treating the soil before the slab is poured is far easier and cheaper than treating a finished house.
